St Marks will again be open for public worship on Sunday at 10.45am.
Please see our website for the updated advise and precautions being taken to safeguard against Covid-19, including new recommendations regarding face coverings.
One of the ways in which we have been keeping in touch with our local primary schools recently is by getting involved in their use of technology to reach out to their pupils, parents and teachers. We can't do assemblies in school of course at the moment. Instead Revd. Frank Startin, has recently joined in with Winshill Village School's new podcast called " No Limits! with some thoughts for the week under the title "Startin the Week". Below is a link to the podcast so that you can listen for yourselves and see what you think! There is a new one to come on Sunday too.
OPEN FOR PRAYER.
We were delighted to welcome you once again to St Mark’s for private prayer.
On Sunday 21st June our doors will be open from 10am -1pm for you to come and pray privately or to enjoy the peace of our church.
Please see our website for updates on opening times and detailed guidance.
If you feel it is too soon to be visiting or returning to us, we look forward to welcoming you when you feel ready to come. And as always this week's readings are availabe on our website.
Be with us, Spirit of God;
nothing can separate us from your love.
Breathe on us, breath of God;
fill us with your saving power.
Speak in us, wisdom of God;
bring strength, healing, and peace.
Pray that, by the power of the Spirit, we may be filled afresh with life in Christ in all its fulness. That we may be equipped, empowered and formed into the likeness of Christ in all that we think and do. That we may have courage and boldness to be his church within the community in which we live.
Let us bless the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
Let us praise and bless God for ever.
